Go to set up then reception then auto bouquets maker. It's worth checking to make sure there ticked

Personally think you need to reflash to open atv 6.4 then wooshbuild infinity and hopefully sort your issue out

It was on 2 days ago and the suppliers system went down that is why I am trying to reinstall it

What version jedi you using.
Are you running an old open atv and wooshbuild aswell

I would reflash your box with open atv 6.4 or even grog free range or wooshbuild infinity then put jedi on imo
