Question anyone's boxes actually benn updated , I've not seen the usual fw bin files , so which receivers have updated over the last few weeks.
 
Starsat 200 Extreme 4k got update to Server 1.47 but there was massive Tuner issues
so my friend had to go back to a previous version with Server 1.46 to resolve the "NO Signal" issues .
pretty sure this is regarding Andriod boxes and Tiger for sure nothing for GT Media or Viark boxes , and regardless TNT Sport and SKY IT remains OFFLINE
 
TNT Sport back now again ...just few TNT SD Still OFFLINE but HD Versions all back Working 100%
SKY IT All Back working too : )
 
iv never heard so much moaning about TNT WHO CARES , if you are that worried about TNT go get a proper subsciption and watch the bloody thing. You cant expect something that is a knock off to be bloody perfect, just appreciate what works
 
Why comment on here when you have "a proper subsciption" ?? WHO CARES ?? ,lol
what exactly is this "subsciption" that you speak about ?

I find the updates useful, A) it lets people know that whilst these boxes are good they arent perfect. I read the whole thread before purchasing my Viark, I did it at the time TNT had been down for months, the updates gave me a real impression of what to expect. B) Another benefit is people discover if its their box or the service, it can be handy for fault finding or general knowledge if its not the service and something wrong at the user end.

Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced something similar on their Viark 4K?

I have a multi-LNB setup on a 1-metre dish with quality LNBs. The other day, I unplugged the cable from my Viark and connected it to my Zgemma H7. I ran a scan on 13E and was surprised to find Eleven Sports 1, 2, 3, 4, and even the 4K channel.

However, on the Viark, I’m only getting the 4K version. I tried a fresh blind scan, and even manually entered the transponder details, but the other channels still won’t show up. It’s got me wondering if other channels might be missing too.

Is this a common issue with Viark boxes, or could my tuner just be a bit weaker than usual?

It might sound silly. Try enabling CHMax then try with manual search. I wasn't getting TNT 6-9 HD but got them after. Again not sure if its gonna work.
 
Hi all,
Not used my Viark 4K for a while as had issues sometime back and just lost the will to fool around with it.
Now looking to see if I can sort out. I believe I had a subscription until some time in 2026, but when I turned the box on I see Date Expired is Disconnected so I then looked and also says PT Disconnected .
I can’t remember what to do to connect to the server or see if my sub has expired.
Anybody here could help me out or point me in the right direction please.
