Isn't there a magnifying glass icon?
Click on it and type in downloader

Have you typed the link Ryan posted into an Internet browser (usual Chrome) on your android box? It should come up with a prompt you click on to download downloader.

What box are you using?
If you type the address as shown above it should download the file, have you checked that it's not in apps?
