Iptveditor.com - provider EPG details not being imported

I’ve loaded my playlist into iptveditor using the xtream api method and selected the options to import epg in the ‘select attributes to import’ section but as you can see from the attached screenshots no epg source as been imported. I’ve tested the playlist generated by iptveditor in Tivimate and confirmed that there is no epg data.

Would anyone know what might going wrong or what I might be doing incorrectly?

1. On the world map icon tick the epgs you want to to use.

2. Select epg source and load

3 click all streams then select category you want to add epg

Obviously select channels/epg first

The map icon only lets me choose epg sources provided by iptveditor (unless I’m missing something) which is not what I want, i’m after the epg from my provider.

When you do that. When you add playlist you tell it to include supplier epg.

Yes I know and I did that which is why I made this thread since it isn’t working.

Well your supplier epg is not compatible contact support. He is normally very good
