Re flash, will I lose my IPTV

If I refresh my H5-2TC with a new build (I have the voice over on a lot of channels) Will I lose my IPTV on Xtream

My line supplier has been nabbed so no line now just IPTV and I don't want to lose the IPTV

Xtream works on your mac address so mac might change but you just contact your supplier with new mac on screen and he will change it.
