So I bought something from TikTok shop but after a week of waiting tracking just keeps saying,

Waiting for courier collection. I got an Evri tracking but its been a week and still not been sent.

I contacted the seller who sends me a message saying couriers lost it or something like that and I have to apply for a refund.

When I goes to the purchased item it says apply for refund here I click on it but I've only got a section that says,

Reason for returning goods

Do I click on 1 of 2 options ?. I'm just wondering what's on the next page, will I be faced with a please send the item back page ?
I'm just wondering if it's a scammers way out of not coughing up

I'm faced with the below
No matter if I select
No Reason
No longer Needed
Both take me to a purchase a returns label page

I've asked the guy about 20 times he just keeps saying in that broken Chinese text Dear Friend ....please request refund
 
30 minutes later after saying sort it or I'll raise it with TikTok trackings changed number and status to
We've got your parcel but he told me logistics have lost your parcel
Not an ffff'ing clue now
