How to re-use old Sky Q dish?

I used to have Sky Q and I've still got a Sky Q dish. I was wondering what's the easiest way to still be able to use this to access the Freesat channels on my LG OLED tv (OLED55C8PLA).

If I were to buy a second hand Sky Q box off someone, should that work to access the free to view channels or are boxes locked down to accounts?

Are there any other boxes that are allow free to air channels to be watched without having to modify the Sky dish?

Don't bother buying a second hand Sky Q box.

Swap out the LNB on the dish to a universal one and plug it into your LG TV.

You can buy a brand new one from screwfix for about £15 which are compatible with Sky dishes: Visiblewave 4-Output Universal Quad LNB - Screwfix

Easy to fit, just one screw to release the collar around the LNB and replace.
