Egami image recording options

I have put EGAMI image on my zgemma h9twin box (twin tuner) and can record ok except or when I want to record on IPTV
I get following errors which I cannotresolve
Does anyone have other ideas ( I don’t want change from EGAMI image )

Has this ever worked on other images? Were you trying to record one channel and watch another channel at the same time? Do you have a multi-room sub?

I have a multiroom sub which is active but recently my isp talktalk has introduced some changes hence need to alter some settings as they altered scam and virus settings and can only access unless I turn these off which I don’t want to do
I was using openatv image but could not get working however by changing to this
Egami image can get it to work but cannot get it to record whether I am watching same channel or other channel
Any suggestions would be welcome
I have altered lots of setting but cannot seem to fix
