Hi, should I keep my firestick software up todate?
I haven't done updates in a while as I thought Iptv might get block.

It's fine Mr moshi new ones not due till jul/Aug then no more firesticks unless app devs totally write new apps for them. Won't affect current devices

No improvements just more advertising crap. Make sure you clear cashe weekly and remove any unused apps to keep the memory free.

Yeah won't improve much in the way of stream quality. Sometimes certain apps will play up if you don't keep them upto date

I would factory reset

Swapped out the BThub box and replaced it with tp-link AX3000, result ..Tivimate running great ..channels are changing immediately.

What dns are you using on your router ISP or other?

my nephew has mentioned to use Cloudfare .

I use cloudflare but if you are using a VPN it will route through their DNS server.

I am not using VPN.
So far my tivimate problems seen to have disappeared with the new router, hopefully it will remain that way.
