muffled

Trusty H2S used with webif for watching 19e aragon news amongst others. Problem is the sound is often a bit muffled also when using some videos on YouTube.
some streams are fine.
Finally, is there a simple software hi pass filter or equiliser I could use with win 10.
any suggestions welcome.

I have managed to sort a Graphic Equilizer. Desk FX by NCH software unlicenced home use only 'amazing' Loads of sliders and you can save your settings. No more muffled sounds and in realtime.
