not reciieving Email

over the las t month or so i have not been able to recieve Email, not some thing i would really be bothered with but my daughter has sent me a load of pictures any ideas to solve this issue would be graet.

More to do with whatever program your using to receive the email than anything else, what are you using? Going directly to the email website and logging in their is your best bet

problem with that is it was set up years ago and have not got a clue what the password is, it was allways double click windows messanger and up they popped.

Not intentionally, just goes to show that there's plenty more good stuff to be posted here yet ;)

As you have found, it is perfectly safe but because of the nature of what it reveals, you can understand security software taking note lol In fact, I'd be concerned if it didn't...

Also if you just ring 151 they will give you/allow you to change your account password as a last resort (if you can understand what the hell they are saying lol )

You havent by chance changed firewall programs have you dee? If you do it again, could you expand the list that you took a picture of? Most of the items have more to say, but are cut short.

Simply run (double click) the file called mailpv.exe

Your screenshot shows the "Tasks" list Dee, can you click on the "Errors" TAB beside that?

Have you recovered your password? and, can you access your email on-line?

got the password so will see if i can access it at lunch as its set up to just double click i am still getting the same
