Viark VIARK TYPE BOXES

Hi all,
Not used my Viark 4K for a while as had issues sometime back and just lost the will to fool around with it.
Now looking to see if I can sort out. I believe I had a subscription until some time in 2026, but when I turned the box on I see Date Expired is Disconnected so I then looked and also says PT Disconnected .
I can’t remember what to do to connect to the server or see if my sub has expired.
Anybody here could help me out or point me in the right direction please.

Make sure you have upto date sw first

If internet is connected then press ok on PT Disconnected, then reboot if doesn't clear then check PT again

Hi mate. Thanks for the reply.
I am connected to the net. PT still disconnected. Is there a particular site I can type in my box number to see the status of the sub?
 
I updated previous post with info and also sent you DM.
Thanks mate, typed in S/N and got “invalid Number”
Also, rebooted box which now is on, but strangely the TV is not recognising it or there is no stream from the box to the TV.
I’ll leave the box off for a while and try again in an hour. Thanks

Just following on from this.
Only briefly got a few minutes yesterday to check once I renewed my sub. (SP2-Forever Sever + Apollo IPTV) I cant remember what the 1st sub was as it came with Viark box.
Current situation Still says "PT Disconnected", and Expiry Date says Disconnected, however I managed to open IPTV section no problem.
Had to leave it then, but will hopefully get a chance to see later today and try again.

Ok, got to check the box earlier. Definitely connected to the NETWORK. Can view IPTV, but appears I’m not connected to a server , PT Disconnected, no Expiry date, says disconnected.
I’d say I’ll have have a look at the dish, doesn’t appear to move when I select satellite.
Bummer, the joys of this hobby 🤷🏻‍♂🤯🤷🏻‍♂️🤯

So pull the plug on box and router leave for 5 mins and reconnect.

If it still says PT disconnected, press it to try to reconnect and if not then are you 100% sure your on 1.21 the latest firmware ? Can you see your expiry date ?

If you are this make no sense, so id factory reset and reflash 1.21

I fail to understand why the dish would cause a PT connection issue, can you clear FTA channels on the sat position you're on, if so id get PT connected first then start looking at your usuals setting and if you have turned each sat on to use usuals.
