YouTube premium- new google family group etc

Hi, why can’t I join a new google family group even though my last group is was well over 12 months. Can anyone help as I’m trying to keep my YouTube premium account.

As the message states you can't switch to different family within 12 months...if you think it's been more than 12 months then you can contact Google but pure luck if they accept and allow you to join another family group and also risk of getting caught if using another countries...why don't u use a secondary email and after 12 months try ur own again ..

a few family members have also lost there premium subscriptions…can anyone show me guide of how to sign up for new family plan please using India as location? I can only use my iPhone and have no access to a laptop. Have express & nord vpn installed.
